在台灣生活與教學超過 20 年的他，始終致力於打造一個輕鬆、支持且充滿互動的學習環境，讓孩子能自然地使用英文表達自己。 憑藉來自紐西蘭的教師資格與 CELTA 英語教學認證，以及 Cambridge YLE 考官經驗，Teacher James 將國際英語學習標準與實際課堂體驗結合，幫助孩子建立穩固且實用的英文基礎。

他特別重視學生完整句子的表達、自然發音與實際溝通能力，並透過遊戲、故事、主題活動與日常對話，引導孩子在真實情境中使用英文。 他的教學風格溫暖且有耐心，善於鼓勵孩子參與，幫助較害羞的學生也能逐漸建立開口的勇氣與自信。
