憑藉超過 13 年在台灣的 ESL 教學經驗，他深知每個孩子都有不同的學習節奏與個性，因此特別重視建立安全感、自信與穩定的學習習慣。
Teacher Ray believes language learning should be practical, confidence-building, and interactive. With over 13 years of ESL teaching experience in Taiwan, he focuses on helping students feel comfortable speaking, participating, and expressing themselves naturally in English.

Students are encouraged to actively speak, interact, and build confidence through repetition, communication, and engaging classroom activities. As a father himself, he understands both student needs and parent expectations, creating a supportive and encouraging classroom environment.
