Teacher William 相信,語言學習不只是記憶單字與句型,更是培養觀察力、創造力、表達能力與思考能力的過程。 擁有多年藝術、ESL 與大學教學經驗的他,長期致力於結合藝術、戲劇、故事與創意思考,引導學生透過真實互動自然學習英文。 從紐約公共學校、博物館教育計畫,到台灣的大學與雙語教育推廣,Teacher William 始終相信,每個孩子都擁有獨特的學習方式與創造潛能。 他特別重視孩子的好奇心、自信與「主動探索」的能力,希望學生能在安全且充滿啟發的環境中享受學習。

Teacher William 的課堂充滿創意、互動與探索感。 他善於透過藝術、角色扮演、故事、遊戲與視覺表達,引導學生建立英文表達能力與思考能力,並鼓勵孩子勇敢分享自己的想法。
受到 Montessori 與多元智能理論(Multiple Intelligences)影響,他相信每個孩子都有不同的學習節奏與天賦,因此特別重視觀察、引導與啟發式教學。
